Join us at Tawny Stores in Marple for a FERMENTED PICKLES & HOT SAUCE fermentation masterclass with Jules from The Plucky Pickle, plus, supper and drinks from Chef Beth Hammond at Tawny Stores.

Jules will be delving into the wonders of fermentation, including the importance of microbes on our plates. You will make 2 ferments, your very own FERMENTED PICKLES & HOT SAUCE to take home with you, with tips and tricks how to look after your ferments at home.

  • Brandade crostini with pickled chilli

  • Housemade crisps with fermented fava bean dip with chilli oil

  • Pickle and ferment plate

  • Slow braised wild mushroom and barley stew with black aioli

  • Lemon cake
